In the state of Wisconsin, there is a Medicare mandate ( 632.87 (3) Stats. )The Medicare mandate dictates that insurance companies must provide FULL PAYMENT FOR USUAL AND CUSTOMARY EXPENSES to chiropractors and rehabilitation facilities the same as they would any other medical facility or hospital. The mandate further dictates that secondary/supplemental insurance companies must provide payment for non-approved Medicare charges. Essentially to paraphrase any service that is rendered at our facility, a secondary/supplemental insurance must provide payment. Our office will provide ultrasound, cold laser, rehabilitation, strength, training, spinal decompression, dry needling, Kinesio tapping, manual therapy, and chiropractic spinal manipulation. This affords patients who are retired and have purchased a secondary/supplemental plan The opportunity to receive treatment at to know out-of-pocket cost.
Our highly educated and qualified staff will provide a complete treatment plan that will include pain relief, stabilization and strengthening, stamina, and endurance building with a focus on balance retention for our aging patients suffering with chronic pain and ailments. Dr. Zebrasky provided patient care for 7 years in the area of post stroke physical rehabilitation and also worked in labor and delivery, intensive care and oncology prior to becoming a chiropractor. It is his focus to work with our agent community on building strength, endurance, stamina, and stability.
