When you call to schedule your appointment, we will take a copy of your health insurance card, the front and back and a copy of your driver’s license and perform an insurance verification on your behalf. Our office will validate your coverage, discuss your deductible, co-insurance, co-pay, and any other financial responsibility prior to treatment.
Our highly educated and experienced staff will work with you on your billing for services rendered. Our billing department has over 30 years’ combined experience in processing medical/chiropractic claims. Our facility will perform all medical/chiropractic/therapy billings on your behalf. We will submit all claims to your insurance carrier, providing them with any medical documentation and or medical rationale for the treatment of your diagnosed injury or ailment being treated at our facility.
